We offer daily pick-up Monday through Friday at the following locations. We will pick up samples at 4:00PM.

• Spalding Building. The drop-box is a mailbox (MC210-41) labeled Laragen in the "L" section with a blue tag. The
• mailbox is to the right of the north door of Spalding Building

• Chen Building, room 140-18. The drop-box is a mailbox slot labeled Laragen
• Braun Building, north mailroom
• Broad Building, Room 114. The drop-box is located beside the mailboxes

Results will be available by the next morning. Please let us know if you need a rush service. We will arrange to have your sequences finished as soon as possible.

Laragen picks up samples from UCLA Monday through Friday between 3:00 and 4:30PM at the following locations:

If you cannot drop the samples to the drop boxes closest to you before 3:00 PM, you can always drop the samples at Boelter Hall, Room 7564, before 4:30 PM, this is the last pick-up location at UCLA.

Cedars Sinai Hospital customers can drop samples at the Davis Building, next to security desk. Pick-up time is at 1:00 PM

We don't pick up at this location daily. If your samples are urgent, please notify us for same day pickup before 12:30 PM

We offer pick-up for all USC customers at the following locations:

• Irani Building (RRI) room 201 on the USC Main Campus
• Michelson Convergent Biosciences Building (MCB) at the loading dock, near the exterior door, on the USC Main Campus
• Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute (ZNI) mail room on the Health Science Campus

Orders must be submitted online before 12:30 PM. Please email us before 12:30 PM if you are unsure whether or not your samples will be picked up on the same day.

For the Health Science Campus, please notify us via email or phone if you have samples to be picked up before 12:30 PM. We will not send the courier to ZNI without confirmation.

VA clients can drop off samples at UCLA dropboxes or directly to Laragen.

• The Beckman Building, on main campus.

Upon special arrangements, we also offer free pick-up services in the Los Angeles County area. Order submission and pick-up request notification via email or phone must be arranged by 12:30 PM for same-day pick-up. Orders are picked up anytime between 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM the same day.
